The length of the blade and its materials R&Ded to enable perfect muscle training, without painful cramps. Blade edges are protected by a soft elastomer profile to prevent injury to others. Digitally designed highly anatomical shape foot made of soft elastomers,  ensures great comfort, even during long swim sessions. The special wide-soled foot conformation allows smooth and easy foot insertion. These fins have been specifically designed for training resistance and to build strength & muscles, but are great and popularly used for snorkeling and swimming, where the smaller blade shape and size allows for smooth entry and exit from the water line.
